Dumpster Rental Terms:

Dumpster will be delivered between 7am and 7pm on the day you've scheduled. Our system requires you to select a time for delivery, but this time will not be honored! Exact time slots are NOT available. You do not need to be home at the time of delivery.

10-yard roll off dumpster, up to 7-day rental.

 

Extended rental periods beyond the included 7-day period are prorated at $25/day or $100/week.

Dump fees over the included 2-tons are $65/ton, prorated and billed after pickup.

 

*NOTE* CLIENT MUST CALL OR TEXT FOR PICKUP! Your dumpster is NOT automatically scheduled for pickup. Simply text 801-415-9688 to let us know that you are ready for your dumpster to be picked up. We will schedule the pickup for the following WEEK DAY (Monday through Friday). We do not pickup on the weekends.

 

We will send you a separate invoice for any additional disposal fees and additional rental days (if any).

 

IMPORTANT: Help us divert waste from the landfill. If you have items which can be donated please bag them and place them on top of the waste. Let us know that the dumpster has donation items when we come to pick up the dumpster. We will do our best to make sure these items do not go to the landfill! Donation items will NOT be counted towards the disposal weight.

 

1) Griffin Waste Services (GWS) will provide a container onsite for the expressed purpose of containing waste and for transport to a disposal location. Customer is responsible for damage to the container beyond reasonable wear and tear and agrees not to overload container.

 

2) Customer agrees to place only material in the container that is suitable for disposal. The waste placed in the container will NOT be liquid, including paint, used oil, antifreeze, or lead acid batteries, dirt, sod, concrete, or rocks. Any barrels or drums placed in the container must have ends removed or be flattened. Excessive amount of electronics and other recyclables can only be handled as separate loads and cannot be mixed with waste for disposal. White goods (major appliances), mattresses and tires are limited and must be placed on top of the load for an additional charge. Customer will assume and be responsible for any fine, violation or penalty arising from the content of the container.

 

3) GWS will not be responsible for any surface or subsurface damage created by the container or by the truck used to haul or handle the container. Customer should mark and advise driver of possible crush hazards such as septic tanks, drain lines, or pipes.

 

4) GWS is not responsible for any injury sustained while loading or using container.

 

5)  Dumpster rental includes up to 2 tons of landfill disposal. All additional waste will be billed at $65 per ton (prorated). MAXIMUM of 4 total tons allowed in the dumpster. On average, most loads are approximately 1 ton.
